ELAP Year 2 - 2024

During the second year of ELAP, we will offer mentorship options to educators who wish to enrich their learning and embrace leading for equity. Educators who serve in participating ELAP schools containing an Early Career Principal will have the opportunity at no cost to them to apply to one of two unique pathways: Aspiring Principal Fellows and Emerging Leader Fellows.
